امام محمد باقر (ع) فرمود: جوان (مردی) از بنى هاشم كه نشانی در دست راست خود دارد با بيرقهاى سياهى از طرف خراسان خروج ميكند كه شعيب بن صالح در جلو او خواهد بود و با پیروان سفيانى جنگ كرده آنها را شكست ميدهد

امام الباقر (علیه الیلام) قال: يخرج شاب من بني هاشم بكفه اليمنى خال من خراسان برايات سود بين يديه شعيب بن صالح يقاتل أصحاب السفياني فيهزمهم
Imam Bagher (AS) said: A young (face) man will rise from Bani-Hasheem with a sign in his right hand and will come from Khorasan with black flags; in front of him is Shuaib bin Saleh fighting with Sofiani followers and defeating them. (Malahem va Fetan- P52- B97)
